Meet Whitecap! He's an energetic dragon who loves to race the yachts and speedboats he finds, churning up the water into choppy frothy waves.
Made of ivory sparkle minky and royal blue smooth minky with an embroidered face, and curved to sit around your shoulders and neck, with light wiring for some added posability in the tail and head! His tail fin and horns are sewn on by hand- this plush should not be given to small children.
